"Today I am celebrating my certification to administer and interpret the EQ I 2.0 and EQ 360, instruments to assess Emotional Intelligence (EI). Emotional Intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that collectively establish how well we: Perceive and express ourselves, Develop and maintain social relationships, Cope with challenges and Use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. I look forward to using these assessments to help my clients increase their problem solving, decision making, interpersonal, assertiveness, stress management and empathy skills."
