Melinda Persuitte is Vice President, Client Services with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region. Prior to joining Right, Melinda was the Business Development Manager for the
United Way of Tampa Bay, where she designed and implemented a strategy to open new markets and developed a Consultative Sales Training Program for Relationship Managers. She has also held positions at the American Arbitration Association in Boston, MA and at United Parcel Service in Philadelphia, PA. Melinda has successfully trained and led large sales teams and has created
national campaigns that have substantially impacted the bottom line of every organization she has worked with.
Terry Wood is Senior Vice President of Talent Management with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region.With a Master’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Development and 20 years of business experience across several industries including technology, telecommunications, manufacturing and banking, Terry helps business leaders enhance their communication, alignment with their teams, and achieve better business results. He specializes in strategic organizational development and design initiatives, succession planning and performance management, as well as leadership development and executive coaching.
